Book at least 10 weeks ahead for a wedding or large event, and earlier is better. Encore is flexible with changes until the order is finalized one week before the event. Tent orders have separate deadlines.
Rental items can be cancelled or reduced up to seven days before delivery or pickup. After that, a 50% charge applies, rising to 100% inside three days. Tents follow a longer schedule: 50% inside 21 days and 100% inside 14 days.
