We provide three different styles of tenting, “Jumbo Trac”, “Festival” and “Tidewater”. All three come in various shapes and sizes while presenting separate individual options. Styling & Design
Need a professional designer’s eye? We stay current on the latest design trends and will help you create the perfect look. Utilize our online Design Center or book an in-person or “virtual” appointment with one of our Events Specialists. Styling services are offered in our Windsor and Petaluma locations, as well as our Design Studio in St. Helena. Our talented team will go above and beyond to turn your fondest dreams into beautiful reality.
Event Site Inspection
We know all events are not created equal so to ensure you reserve the best equipment for your event, our production team is happy to come meet at your event site and dial in the details of your occasion. Delivery, Setup & Will Call
Set Up Options
Upon delivery and pickup, our delivery and installation teams can setup and breakdown your rental items to help make your event smoother and stress free. Pricing varies based on the item. This service must be arranged prior to your delivery or pickup to ensure ample time ensuring our delivery teams are able to accommodate. We look forward to helping you with set up for your next event.
Encore Events is open for Will Call pickup and return 6 days a week at our Windsor location and 4 days at our Petaluma location. Our Will Call department is open during regular business hours and ready to serve you with a skilled and friendly staff to help load and unload your order at the time of pickup and drop off.
After Hours Services
Encore Events is pleased to offer our clients added support by way of our "After Hours" emergency answering service.
Should an issue occur with your rental items during non-business hours, you may call the main telephone lines of our locations in Windsor (707.431.3500) and Petaluma (707.763.3322) or our Marin phone line (415.413.4450) for immediate assistance.
Your call will be answered by a service representative who will route your concern to our on-call manager to provide immediate support.

Encore Events offers every place setting need, including china, glassware, flatware, linens, chargers and more. You will find everything from classic white to elegantly decorated tableware in our Dinnerware Category. Our large variety of Drinkware Options ensures that you have the proper stemware, cocktail glasses, or water glasses for your party.
