Can rentals be picked up instead of delivered?

Yes. Will-call pickup is at Encore’s Windsor location, 1001 American Way, Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The will-call staff help load your order, and returns come back to the same place. Check the Showrooms page for current will-call hours before you go.

Do tents need a permit in Santa Rosa?

Yes, for larger tents. Santa Rosa requires a permit for a tent over 400 square feet with one or more closed sides, or over 700 square feet with all sides open, and Encore obtains the permit. Every tent installation starts with a site inspection, and permit fees vary by city and county.

Is the damage waiver required?

No, it’s optional. The waiver is 14% of the rental total and covers accidental damage, including sub-rented specialty linens. It doesn’t cover vandalism, misuse, theft or missing items, or damage from rain or sprinklers.
