Yes. Petaluma will-call is open Mondays and Fridays, and Windsor will-call is open Monday through Saturday, both from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The

Prices cover three days, which leaves time for pickup and return. Encore can extend the rental for an additional charge.
It’s optional. For 14% of the rental total, it covers accidental damage during the event, including sub-rented specialty linens, but not vandalism, misuse, theft or missing items, or damage from rain or sprinklers.
