Petaluma Rental Questions

Can you pick up an order in Petaluma?

Yes. Petaluma will-call is open Mondays and Fridays, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at 434 Payran Street. On other days, Encore’s Windsor will-call is open Monday through Saturday during the same hours. The Showrooms page has current will-call hours for both locations.

How long can you keep rentals?

Rental prices cover a three-day rental period, which leaves time to pick up and return. Longer rentals are available for an additional charge.

Do rentals need to be cleaned before they come back?

Rinse china, glasses, flatware and cooking equipment so they’re free of food, and Encore washes everything on return. Shake out linens, let them dry, and pack them in the linen bag provided.
