Can you change an order after booking?
Yes. Final changes can be made up to seven days before delivery or pickup, and Encore works to fit in last-minute additions when inventory allows. Tent orders have separate deadlines.
What deposit does Encore take?
Encore takes a 50% deposit and a card number when you reserve. Delivered orders are charged to that card seven days before the event.
