Sonoma Rental Questions

Can you pick up rentals near Sonoma?

Yes. The Petaluma will-call is open Mondays and Fridays, and the Windsor will-call is open Monday through Saturday, both from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Check the Showrooms page for current hours before heading over.

Can Encore look at the event site first?

Yes. Encore’s production team can meet you at the site to work out tenting, lighting, flooring and the rest of the setup, and a site inspection is required for every tent installation.

Can you see linens before booking?
