Yes. Will-call pickup and returns are at Encore’s Windsor location, Monday through Saturday, and at the Petaluma location on Mondays and Fridays, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pickups aren’t available at the Napa showroom, and current will-call hours are on the
Showrooms page.
Encore recommends reserving at least 10 weeks ahead for a wedding or large event, and earlier is better. Changes are welcome until you finalize the order, one week before the event. Tent orders have separate deadlines.
Tent pricing covers the top and frame. Sidewalls, lighting, heating and other accessories are priced separately, and every installation starts with a site inspection.
