It is always a pleasure when we get together with our talented industry friends for a vendor event. This particular event was located at the breathtaking Paradise Ridge Winery in Santa Rosa. Paradise Ridge Winery www.prwinery.com overlooks Santa Rosa and the culmination of its spellbinding views and intimate atmosphere make Paradise Ridge Winery the perfect location for the blossoming of a new romantic relationship. And it is this fact that inspired the theme for this event: A Love Story.
The display tables for the main room were created by Heather from Holliday Weddings. Cocktail seating, food stations, and up-lighting were tastefully arranged to give this love story theme the amorous ambience it so rightfully deserved.
The lighting and entertainment for this love story themed event came from the talents of AMS Entertainment (our favorite entertainment company to partner with on events). Not only do they have some great DJs, they also have some amazing add-ons such as up-lights and their always popular and inhibition-melting photo booth. Not only that, they have great customer service and really know how to throw a party! Check them out here: www.amswinecountry.net
Park Avenue Catering used their unique imagination to conceptualize a new way to display food! Part art installation and part tempting vertical buffet, Bruce the owner of Park Avenue Catering, created something magical with the tasteful arrangement of appetizers enhanced by candles and other décor. Park Avenue Catering always have great food, ideas, and service and they could help to make your next event one-of-a-kind and of course delicious: http://www.parkavecater.com/
The Love Story theme was the brainchild of Miss Heather Holliday over at Holliday Weddings www.hollidayweddings.com. We have partnered with Heather on quite a few events and we can honestly say that she knows how to make an event look amazing. She came up with a great concept for the reception area. Varying the height of the tables gave the room depth and added intimacy. We used the same color themes of the Love Story event, but changed things up just a little. We went with a blush pink and fushia pink. It turned out amazing.
The florals for this Love Story event were designed by Emily from ETC Designs. Emily took the inspiration from Heather’s concept and created centerpieces that embodied the “Love Story” theme. ETC Designs fragrant portfolio can be viewed over at www.etc-designs.com
